How do I create a new raffle?
Open the app, tap on "New Raffle", enter the raffle details (name, participants, winners), choose your preferred carousel type, and save. You can select from Classic, Fire, 3D, or Magic carousels!
What are the premium carousel types?
Premium features include Fire Carousel (blazing effects), 3D Carousel (depth and perspective), and Magic Carousel (mystical spells and particles). These require a premium subscription to unlock.
Can I export or backup my raffles?
Currently, all data is stored locally on your device. We're working on adding cloud backup and export options in a future update. Premium users can use the Screen Recording feature to save their raffle results.
How do I remove ads and unlock premium features?
You can purchase the premium subscription inside the app under Settings > Premium. This unlocks all carousel types, removes ads, and gives you access to screen recording features.
Why isn't my carousel animation working smoothly?
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and sufficient device storage. Premium carousel effects (Fire, 3D, Magic) require more processing power. Try closing other apps if you experience lag.
Can I customize the carousel colors or effects?
Each carousel type has its own unique design and effects. While you can't customize individual colors, you can choose from our four distinct carousel experiences, each with its own stunning visual style.
